Below is a selection of my translation work. I have worked for a number of years as a translator, editor and writer and have just had my translation of Evelyne Grossman's L'Angoisse de Penser published by University of Minnesota Press. What I enjoy about translation is that it's the search for the seed of another's creativity in a landscape of unfamiliar language. Every text is a new exploration, and any translator will draw something different from it. There's a beauty in the variation of interpretation as those discovered seeds germinate and grow.

My experience spans the translation of travel writing and technology product reviews to academic texts and philosophy. I've worked both in-house and freelance and have an MA in Translation Studies. I focus on French-to-English translation.
